This came out with a great and cottony texture that sprung again when poked. it absolutely was a bit as well sweet to my liking on its own but that actually works just good when paired with a good tea! is going to be making once more sometime, and may be enjoying this with a few assam black tea and a few sencha eco-friendly tea :) i visualize the s
